温州依山傍海，气候温和，农业资源丰富，特产荟萃，是丁岙杨梅、瓯柑、马蹄笋、四季柚、早午香柚、乌牛早茶等优良品种的原产地，还盛产牡蛎、跳鱼、青蟹、梭子蟹、文蛤、泥蛤、泥蚶、羊栖菜、紫菜、蘑菇、盘菜等特色农产品。温州全市现有农产品注册商标300余件，已累计形成14个国家级特色农产品生产基地,创出“浙江名牌产品”9个,“浙江著名商标”10个，“温州名牌产品”55个，“温州知名商标”18个。 2007年，温州的瓯柑和丁岙杨梅获全国地理标志商标

     Situated at the foot of hills and beside the sea, Wenzhou benefits from a temperate climate, rich resources and abundant special products. It grows superior strains of fruit and tea, such as red bayberry, Qujiang orange, loof-shaped bamboo shoots, pomelo and Wuniu early tea. It is also abundant in oyster, jumping fish, black crab, swimming crab, hard clam, mud clam, blood clam, sea weed, laver, mushroom and other featured agricultural products. Wenzhou boasts over 300 registered trademarks of agricultural products and has built 14 state-level production bases for agricultural products, with 9 “Zhejiang famous-brand products”, 10 “Zhejiang well-known trademarks”, 55 “Wenzhou famous-brand products” and 18 “ Wenzhou well-known trademarks”. In 2007 the Oujiang orange and Ding’ao red bayberry were awarded the national trademarks with geographical indications.
